Primary School Planting

Future Gardeners

Recently I had the pleasure of spending a morning at the local primary school and planting with one of the reception classes. The children had been growing some seed of their own in the classroom, including runner beans and sunflowers. I brought along some nasturtiums and fennel that were grown from seed and together we created a bed of edibles in their playground. I look forward to seeing the plants grow.
