SPRING CONTAINER

I was looking for a little spring boost in my garden pots, so decided to give this combination a go… what do you think? I’m not usually a primrose fan but couldn’t resist this Rubens Double Mix, which has rose-like flowers in a very subtle pinkish yellow. I then paired it with Ajuga ‘Burgundy Glow’ as the variagated leaves also picked up on the creamy yellow and pink. Then to give a bit of height I have added Muscari ‘Pink Sunrise’. I’m quite pleased with the result and I’ve certainly enjoyed looking at it out of my kitchen window, even in the recent rain!
