Five years ago, I was looking for a book in English about Mien and nothing was available. This led to me embarking on a remarkable journey and I think and hope that I have now written the book I was searching for.

The work of this inspirational lady is still relevant today and I hope this comes across in the text and photography, taken over a number of months by Deyan Minchev.
